Shipping & returns

Regions

We ship anywhere in South Africa. Shipping to outlying areas may take a little bit longer. Should you wish to place an international order, please contact us directly and we will gladly make a special arrangement.

Charges

Shipping is R50 for standard shipping anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery times

Our standard free delivery takes 2-3 business days, based on where you are. Outlying areas could take a little longer. All orders placed before 13:00 will be delivered by the next business day for overnight shipping orders.

Returns

Sometimes things don’t go according to plan. We believe in the quality of our products but if you want to return or exchange an item, send us an email, tell us what went wrong and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product please contact us within 24 hours after receiving your item. We only accept returns on online purchases where we have supplied the incorrect product or if the item is damaged or faulty. If the item in question is damaged or faulty, we undertake to replace it on condition that we are contacted timeously and that the item is received within 5 (five) working days of your contacting us, along with all original packaging and receipts. We can only accept items that are still in their original packaging and aren’t showing any signs of wear and tear.

If you need to return your purchase for either of the reasons above, please contact us and then arrange a courier to return the items back to us.  We cannot be held liable for parcels sent to us that have not been prior arranged.

Should a replacement not be possible, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the returned products.

Delivery Address

Please note that the courier company can only deliver to a physical address (NOT a post office box or a Postnet Suite). Also, you (or someone you appoint) must be available to sign for the delivery, as it will not be left at empty premises.
